What does »Prearrange an Option« mean ???

If you fill out this form and send it, you will have done the first step to booking your accommodation. Immediately you will receive an option by email valid for the next 24 hours. Within this time your booking must be confirmed by clicking on a link which will be send with this email. With this procedure we check your email address. We hope you understand that we need at least a valid email address from you to book you an accommodation. This is the fastest and easiest way we've found so far.

After you confirm the booking, we will send all further informations (contact data for key handover, full address of accommodation, e.g.) as soon as possible.

Please pay attention when you type your email address. If it is not correct our email will not reach the right recipient! Also please confirm the option as soon as possible, because the apartment gets blocked and the landlord has to wait and must decline other interested parties. For this reason please also avoid having more options than accommodations you would like to book! As soon as you arranged an option, the apartment can be yours for the required period!
