Our studio apartments are located in a small tenment with a small, romantic courtyard. It only takes 2 walking minutes to reach Vienna´s 1. district and the famous Ringstraße, the university, the town hall ("Chriskindlmark", Vienna´s festive weeks), the Votiv-church near the general hospital and the university clinics.
The university campus and the national bank face the tenment. Shopping possibilities, internet cafés and call shops can be found nearby.
The building and the apartments have been newly built. Each apartment is 33sqm in size and consist of one room with a kitchen niche, a spacious bathroom and an antechambre. The ceiling height meassures at 3,10 metres. Each apartment is suitable for 1-2 persons.
