All rooms are completely furnished for you to use: the spacious eat-in kitchen with a TV set, dining table and comfortable sofa (convertible to a double bed), the separate bedroom, and the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
Enjoy your good-morning cup of coffee before you start your day of exploring Vienna. If you prefer to have your breakfast prepared for you, we will be pleased to serve it in the guest wing of the house.
The kitchen in the holiday apartment is furnished and equipped to serve all needs: Electric cooker with ceramic hob, electric water boiler, microwave, fridge. There is a dishwasher that will do the dishes for you.
Relax with a hot shower after a strenuous day of sightseeing or while cooking, or chill out in the enchanting garden at the pond or in one of the bowers (in the garden).
The Warchalowsky Villa is only 800 m from Neuwaldegg (Schwarzenberg) castle and neatly close to its greens and parks as well as to the Pötzleinsdorf castle green and the Schwarzenbergpark.
Literally around the corner there are sights such as the Friedensreich Hundertwasser facade and the Friedrich von Schmidt house (called the 'bear villa' for the visible sculpture of a polar bear).
It will be hard to choose between the own kitchen and the nearby restaurants, since both are equally inviting.
