The old substance was obtained and combined with a new bright and cozy ensemble. 6 windows of the apartments overlook the large Augarten Park (52ha), where is also the famous porcelain factory is located. Here you can find many cultural activities such as concerts, summer theater, festivals and much more statt.Der Augarten is the oldest baroque garden in Vienna.
