The apartment is situated right next to Hannover Market. One of the many multicultural markets in the City of Vienna, where fresh fruit and vegetables are available and could be dined in the privilege of the own loggia of the apartment.
The recreation area (Donauklanal) is 5 minutes on foot. The Metro Stations U4 (Friedensbrücke) is five minutes on foot and Metro Station U6 (Jägerstrasse)two minutes on foot.
The famous Sighseeings are conveniently situated (U6 up to Donauisland, U4 direct to the Palace Schönbrunn). Stephan`s Cathedral and the City Centre are easy reachable 15 minutes by U4; the most famous Shopping Promenade „Mariahilferstrasse“ is also reachable by Metro U6)

- The living room features include a dining area,a 82cm flatscreen-TV with 39 channels as well as a comfortable pull-down sofa bed for 2 Persons.
