The Apartment is located in the 2nd District of the City in a calm and nature oriented residential area. The building like most of the the buildings in the street were built at the turn of the 19th century.
The modern and friendly Design gives you a feeling of coming home. Not just because of the big window in the Living Room which brighting up you Time in the Apartment.

The good public transportation takes you from the apartment to the City Center Stephansplatz within 9 minutes. If you decide to have a trip outside, maybe with a bike i would recommend one of the Vienna Citybikes (1st hour for free) on the Donauinsel and seize the sunny day.
- Living room: We have a couch which can be used as a bed aswell for 2 people, Flat-TV, Dinner table for 4, a cupboard for all the luggages and clothes, pictures, plants
- Sleeping room: 1 big bed, a self for the small light, and also a storage possibility for suitcases under the bed
- Kitchen: the kitchen, as well as the whole apartment, has been newly fitted and is fully equipped. It comes with a cooker and extractor fan (all electric) , a fridge, a dishwasher, and a microwave.
- Bath: bath with shower, washbasin, towel heater, toilet and mirror.
Extras: Baby cots are available on request, W-Lan, Internet, Cabel TV, radio, telefone on request (extra costs) Child friendly residential building. Green areas in the immediate vicinity.
