The apartment in Vienna is located in a rather quiet area and multiple glazing is absolute soundproofing achieved.
In the courtyard you are greeted with the exception of the cold season from a well-kept Blumenanalge. The lift takes you to the apartment on the 5th of 6 storeys. Within 300 meters you will find plenty of shops, several grocery stores, electronics stores, restaurants, flower shops, etc. The underground station is only two minutes walk from the house. With the U-1, you are in about 6 minutes on St. Stephen's Cathedral, Vienna's most central point.
Street parking is available in all of Vienna, however a fee. Daylight flooded the apartment spacious two sides. For a cozy evening atmosphere is provided by tastefully chosen lighting body.
80 sqm apartment with 2 rooms in a central location between Belvedere Castle and the new, ultra-modern Vienna's central train station. The balcony is accessible to man from the bedroom and opens the view to one side of which lies in the valley town with its impressive general hospital, up to several kilometers distant mountain to the other side of Vienna and a few trees to the latest central station in Europe.
The home is cozy and comfortably furnished with fully equipped, separate kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, microwave oven, stove, fridge, freezer, washing machine, iron, cleaning materials, etc.). The bedroom with huge closet and separate storage room offers a king-size bed in sleeping comfort for two wonderful people. In the living room the sofa is convertible into an additional, comfortable bed for third person.
