Franzensgasse (next corner Grüngasse Vienna Margareten)

Here you live very centrally in Franzensgasse, a small alley with many beautiful Biedermeier houses in the city center district of Margareten. Vienna's most famous market, the Naschmarkt, is just around the corner. There are many shops, pubs, bars and restaurants there.
Vienna's most famous shopping mile, Mariahilfer Strasse, can also be reached in around 10 minutes on foot. The Museum Quarter with the Museum of Modern Art and the Leopold Museum is also around 10 to 15 minutes' walk from the apartment.
If you have had enough of the city center and want to travel a little into the countryside, the underground line U4 will take you to Schönbrunn Palace in around 15 minutes, where you can walk in Empress Sisi's footsteps.
Our apartment is a large, bright apartment in a quiet courtyard location. You live in a typical Viennese old building on the third floor. The high ceilings and the renovated old building doors give the apartment, which is located in a house from the 19th century, a special ambience. The apartment consists of an anteroom that leads into the kitchen, a dining room, a large living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a spatially separated toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, coffee machine, as well as cooking and eating utensils. In the dining room there is a large wooden dining table with six chairs.
The spacious living room is furnished with a large sofa, coffee table, TV and a comfortable armchair and can even be used as an additional bedroom if required.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed (lying area 180 x 200 cm) and two large wardrobes. The second bedroom is separated by a wall and there is a double bed in each of the two parts (140 x 200 cm). There are also armchairs that can be converted into additional beds if necessary.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower cubicle, sink and washing machine. Towels are available in sufficient numbers. The toilet is spatially separated from the bathroom.
All holiday apartments on Franzensgasse are in the same house. This means that we can also accommodate larger groups of guests in one house.
