The apartment is located on a very quiet side street, very close to Mariahilferstraße and the Westbahnhof train station. Excellent transport connections by bus, tram, and subway. There's small shopping street as well as a couple of viennese taverns around the corner.
The Westbahnhof train station is nearby. Public transport takes you to Schönbrunn in 6 minutes, the Stephansdome in 10, the Burgtheatre in 18 and the concert hall, opera house and other venues in approximately 20 minutes.
The apartment has recently been fully renovated.
