Our in 2010 completely renovated Favorite Apartment, that attracts with its tasteful furnishings, is situated on the 4th floor of a residence that was build around the turn of the century. The five-floor building was also recently renovated. A bus station is directly in front of the doorstep and with the U1 metro line, whose Reumannplatz-Station is in close proximity, you can get to Stephansplatz in a few minutes. However, there are many cafés, groceries, etc. located close to the apartment, for example in the Favoritenstraße, a known shopping area and pedestrian zone. Because the 10th Vienna District, where our holiday apartment is located, is not in the Vienna’s Parking zone, therefore you can park there for free. The furnishings in our Favorite Apartment, which is very light, is modern and of high quality. Inside the apartment, there are: a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, a hall, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a dish-washer, a fridge-freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, a microwave, etc. In the living room, that invites to spending time together, there is a sofa bed for two, a TV set with a DVD-Player, a wardrobe and a dinner table for five people. The fantastically arranged bedroom has a full-size bed, a wardrobe and a sofa bed for one and, therefore, our Favorite Apartment can be used by up to five people. In the bathroom, with a shower, is a washing machine. The toilet is separate. Furthermore, our guests can also use our extras, like an iron, a vacuum cleaner, a hair dryer, etc. The bedding and towels are of course provided for.
